		<description>Ha, well, Chris could answer this way better than I could, but for EMO, it is about placing guys who fit well into what is needed.  That is, you need a couple guys who can shoot well from up top.  Then you have guys who shoot well near the crease;  one who shoots well from the left and one who shoots well from the right.  There is way more to it, but that is the gist.  I can't remember everything Chris told me.

As for man down defense, you want guys who are fast (obviously) and having height has it's advantages.  UNC is lucky to have some tall guys (Jarvis, Flanagan, etc.)

I probably didn't do Chris justice, but that is the basics.</description>
